Early Setup, Cameras PhoenixPhyre 2006 / Gatherings Date: Feb 12, 2006 - 11:42 PM Early Setup Billie has offered to discount early arrivals for $15.00/night per person. There is an additional $5.00 per day for electric, per site. If you wish to set up early you should be aware that no festival camps, including Merchant booths will be set up until after noon on Tuesday, April 4th. Cameras We don’t want to inhibit your enjoyment and we must take steps to protect our community. Proper identification will be required and everyone with cameras/video equipment will be issued a special armband which must be worn at all times. Anyone observed with a camera/video equipment and without the proper armband will leave the festival, and/or have the camera confiscated and the images destroyed, at the descretion of the Event Coordinator. So please! don’t loan your camera/video equipment to anyone “for a quick shot”. Your cooperation is valued and your sensitivity is necessary for a happy festival experience for everyone.
